Emma is my "niece". She's my best friend Katie's daughter and so unbelievably cute! She's one and just had her birthday. These are some pictures of her that I got from Katie. Once she gets me the ones from her birthday I'll have more to post but enjoy these.

Home Sweet Home???

Mike is working in Fort Lauderdale for what was suppose to be 3 months. We looked for a rental and Mike went and looked at this one. It was the only thing available on short notice. I searched the internet and found nothing that wasn't unbelievably expensive. So, Mike took this one because well, we needed something. Mike was in there for about a week before I came down. He had been telling me he all stuffed up and having a hard time breathing and that he hated the apartment. I figured he was being dramatic. But when I got there I saw what he was talking about, not that I admitted it. I kept telling him it wasn't that bad... but it was. It was DUSTY!!! I wasn't surprised that he was having allergies. I spent the next 2 days cleaning top to bottom and then 2 weeks later we were on our way to Lake Placid so he could go to Georgia and South Carolina for a month. Well, that month has come and gone and now we are back in Fort Lauderdale. And living at this place. I wanted to post these pictures and share with you where we have been living. We are actually moving out tonight, praise God! And hopefully we won't hear the train or planes at the new place. I don't think we will.
PS I hate this color yellow! It makes me sick! ;)
