We went up to Mom's house for a long weekend. It was HOT! But we had a really nice, relaxing time.

Aren't they adorable! They are for 3 months... she's 4 months old. I think she'll probably take after her parents and be short!!

Yesterday Mom, Kerry, Elizabeth and I went to church then had breakfast and then spent some time in the pool.

Elizabeth is getting used to the pool and splashed around a little bit. Of course, I pull the camera out too late but oh well! I'll be ready next time!! The sound isn't working on the video below. I don't know why, sorry.

Long Weekend at the Lake!

We went up to Mom's on Wednesday and stayed through Saturday. We had such a great time! Mom watched Elizabeth while I went into town and got my hair cut. We went in the lake and Henry and Hogan were up there and played with Jessie. By dinner time we were all exhausted! But it was such a nice time, a little mini vacation.

Sleeping Baby

I've been trying to get Elizabeth to sleep better at night. It's not working. She's been falling asleep sitting up and about an hour after she wakes up for about an hour and a half. I can't really complain about the morning nap. I've been taking that time to clean up and to work out!

Summer Fun

Everyone was making fun of the way I was doing my flips so I had to have them record them. And then I wanted to post Kerry's video too! I couldn't let her feel left out!! I'm such a good sister, huh?!




Oh by the way, I have small clusters of bruises on the back of both my legs! How bizarre is that?!

Man, It's HOT!

Poor Mike is going to be mad I put this one up but Elizabeth looks so cute! Sorry Babe! (She looks so  small, huh?!!)

We went over to Kerry's on Sunday for a barbque. Of course, we had to get into the pool. It's in the 100's! (With the heat index)  Anyway, Elizabeth likes the pool okay. She doesn't cry but she doesn't get really excited either. She just chills there and looks around. She's still figuring it out.

Kerry and I had to start jumping off the diving board of course. We were doing flips. It's been a long time since we did that so it was pretty interesting.

Ella Talkin' Some More!

We've been watching "Veggie Tales" in the mornings. She really loves it! She focuses and smiles at them. It's adorable!

Growing So Fast!

Elizabeth's new walker. She's dying to be moving! It's amazing. I swear if she had the strength she'd be crawling or walking!

Mom and I were trying to get her back onto a schedule so she would sleep better at night. She was so exhausted from us keeping her awake that she fell asleep like that. With me bouncing her up and down.

Dad's job has been feeding her lately. He's good at it and it gives him some time with her.

We've gone into the pool a couple times. She doesn't know what to think of it. But she doesn't cry. So she must not hate it!

After the pool, I always feel like she has to be bundled up. I'm afraid she's going to get a cold from being too cold. So I bundle her up like she's going into the snow for a little while!

She HATES "tummy time". But for the first couple minutes she is happy. Then she gets mad. She's making a lot of progress though. She really really wants to be moving around already! She's going to be a handful!
